REFUND POLICY

• Custom package clients are not eligible for refunds.
• Once revisions are requested, refunds cannot be issued.
• Refund eligibility is void if there's no communication for over two weeks from the project's start.
• Refunds follow company policy guidelines.
• Hiring other firms for the same project makes clients ineligible for refunds.
• Refunds are possible if the creative brief contains essential information.
• Refunds are not available for complete design changes.
• Requests beyond the specified timeframe are not considered for refunds.
• Refunds aren't provided for business changes like closure or name alterations.
• Refunds are not granted for reasons like 'change of mind' or 'partner disagreements.'
• If dissatisfied with a specific service within a bundle, a refund applies only to that service.
• No refunds are available after 15 days from the purchase date.
• Certain services like Social Media, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
• Refunds cannot be processed once the client approves the website design for development.
• A money-back guarantee applies only if the client entirely rejects the initial designs. Additional concepts or modifications incur a 33% deduction for incurred costs.

Delta One Digital reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract. After a refund, clients relinquish all rights to use the designs, which become the property of Delta One Digital.
